In 2021, I joined AgreeYa Solutions as the leader of the UX/UI department, tasked with guiding our team through various projects for our clients, including the development of the HuLoop applications. My role encompassed directing the design process, establishing UX flows, and creating comprehensive style guides and UI frameworks. Our team's efforts were aimed at delivering intuitive and impactful user experiences, with notable contributions from Nihar Khar in prototyping, Alysson Santos Utheza in UI design, Scott M. Akers in business analysis, and Mitul Savani in mobile architecture.

Project Breakdown
In the development of HuLoop's branding, the focus was on creating distinctive color themes and icons to establish a strong and recognizable brand identity. This effort was instrumental in differentiating HuLoop in the competitive marketplace, enhancing user engagement, and ensuring intuitive and visually appealing features. These contributions were vital for the foundational branding of HuLoop, affecting its originality and market presence.
Intelligent Solutions
The responsibility for creating project breakdown pages for customers was a collaborative effort by the team, offering a clear and comprehensive overview of each project. This approach not only facilitated better communication with clients but also ensured a transparent and structured presentation of services, enhancing client understanding and satisfaction.
Public Design Pages
Alysson Santos Utheza played a pivotal role in enhancing the user interface of HuLoop by redesigning the application's home screen, login system, and sign-up system graphics and animations. This overhaul not only improved the visual appeal and user experience but also streamlined the user journey, making it more intuitive and engaging.
UX Design Flow
Nihar Khar played a pivotal role in expanding the UX flow project series, introducing test modules to showcase examples of the UX flow as well as the application's background operations. This strategic development was essential for illustrating the comprehensive user experience and the seamless functionality of the application, ensuring that every aspect of the user interaction was accounted for and optimized.
Design Team Support
Mitul Savani, as the Mobile Architect, played a critical role in translating the team's design vision into a technically feasible and robust architecture. His expertise in mobile technology ensured that the application was not only aesthetically pleasing but also high-performing and scalable, capable of supporting HuLoop's ambitious growth plans and adapting to future technological advancements.
Scott M. Akers, was the Business Process Analyst, his contributions were invaluable in aligning the project's technical developments with business objectives, ensuring that the UX/UI enhancements led by the team not only met user needs but also supported HuLoop's strategic goals. His analysis and insights were crucial in identifying key areas for improvement and optimization, laying the groundwork for a more efficient and effective user experience.
The collective effort of Alexander Barnes and his team at AgreeYa Solutions significantly propelled the development and success of HuLoop. By blending diverse skills in UX/UI design, business process analysis, and mobile architecture, the team not only achieved innovative solutions for HuLoop's application but also set a benchmark for collaborative success in technology projects.
