Problem statement
Awareness - Lack of awareness among residents of the right channel to learn about town events/facilities of interest.
Ease of use - Complicated registration process for amenities that leads to missing out on said amenities.
Integration - Lack of an integrated avenue for receiving town information regarding living needs like trash collection, utilities, service requests, reporting non-emergency events etc.
